     (Grand Rapids, MI) The men's basketball team struggled to points on the board against undefeated #20 Davenport University Monday night.

     Davenport took a 32 point lead into half on 47% shooting. The Saints shot 25% in the half on 7 - 28 shooting, including 0 - 11 from 3-point range.

     Holy Cross continued to struggle from the field in the second half shooting 10 - 34. Davenport cruised to their 7th victory of the season by a final score of 105 - 46. The Saints were led by sophomore guard Brad Kendall (Granger, IN) with 11 points. Adam Onderdonk (South Bend, IN) chipped in 8 points and 6 rebounds. The Panthers had three players with double - doubles, and were led by forward Lorenzo Ecford with 14 points and 11 rebounds.
     The Saints travel to Calumet College of St. Joseph this Wednesday for a 7pm tip-off. This is the first meeting between the two schools.
