Karp and Saint X Roll Past Saints

Justin Breveard Led Holy Cross with 19 points in a 93-64 loss
(Notre Dame, Ind.) Led by Saint Xavier's Brad Karp, the Cougars jumped out to a 25 - 4 lead over the Saints and they never looked back as they rolled past the Saints to a 93 - 64 win.
Karp led all scorer's with 26 points. Justin Breveard (South Bend, Ind.) had a team high 19 points for the Saints. Adam Onderdonk (South Bend, Ind.) chipped in 13 points and pulled down 5 rebounds while Taylor Williams (South Bend, Ind.) contributed 11 points.
The Saints shot 44% from the field, but that could not match the Cougars nearly 64% shooting from the field. Saint Xavier dominated all aspects of the game scoring 24 points off turnovers, 56 points in the paint, and 16 second chance points.
The Saints fall to 0 - 9 on the year and will host Davenport University on Saturday, November 27th, at the Pfeil Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 3pm. Currently the Panthers are 8 - 0 on the year and coming off an 81 - 67 victory over Hope College. This is the second meeting between the two schools. Last year the Panthers beat HC 105 - 46 in Grand Rapids, Mich.
