The men's soccer team welcomed the cougars from Spring Arbor University (6-1-1) Wednesday afternoon. The Saints (3-5) ended September with a 4-2-1 record which included two scrimmage matches against Bethel and Robert Morris College.

          The Saints rode that momentum in the first half as Taggard James recorded his first goal of the season in the 18th minute. Sergio DelCampo assisted on the play. Freshman standout Romulo Nobrega added another goal in the 38th minute. Taggard James would get the assist. The lead, however, would not last. Brennan Rees would score in the 41st minute, and then again in the 45th minute on a penalty kick. The half would end in a 2-2 tie.
 
         Spring Arbor would carry the momentum in the second half as they outshot the Saints 8-4. Jake Barney would add a third goal for SAU in the 73rd minute. The game ended in favor of Spring Arbor 3-2. The Saints will look to rebound this weekend against Goshen College. The game starts at 7:00 p.m.
