(Indianapolis, Ind.) The men's basketball team traveled to Marian University to compete in a two day tournament held by Marian. Last year the Saints beat the Knights on a nuetral court.
Looking for their first win on the season the Saints took on host Marian University on Friday night and Mt. Vernon Nazarene (Ohio) on Saturday afternoon.

After the opening round loss to Marian the Saints battled Mt. Vernon Nazarene on a nuetral floor. Trailing by just one at half, Nazarene broke open the game in the second half scoring 54 points while holding the Saints to 26. Mt. Vernon improved their record to 3 - 2 winning 94 - 65. Taylor Williams (South Bend, Ind.) erupted for 25 points and was named to the all-tournament team.
