(Kendallville, IN)  The Holy Cross Women's Golf Team took to the links for the first time earlier this week at Noble Hawk/Cobblestone in Kendallville, Indiana.

The Saints shot a 732 in the two day event on Monday and Tuesday.  Taking first place was Bethel College shooting a 611 (+39) in the two day event. 
 
Our best overall finisher was freshman Lexie Price who finished 13 with an overall score of 170  (+27) over the two day event.  She shot an 80 on the first day of the event, but struggled a little bit in the second day shooting a 90.
 
Senior Regina Slonkosky shot an overall 176 (+33) to finish tied for 19th.  Freshman Claire Doriot (Goshen, IN) competing in her first competition as a Holy Cross Saint shot a190 overall (+47).
 
This was the first invitational for the Holy Cross Women's Golf Team.\
