Men's Basketball - Tue, Aug. 19, 2008
The Holy Cross College basketball team is holding a signing day for player Zachary Cook on Wednesday April 30th at 11:30 AM at Riley High School in South Bend.          Cook, a 6'3 guard, will be the second local player to be signed to the team (Jeff Appleman, a 6'6" forward from Marian HS was signed last week).

Head coach Steve Baumgartner is proud to welcome such a talented player as Cook to the team. "Zac's long-range shooting ability will allow us to spread defenses making it easier for our offense to penetrate and get open shots. His intensity and smart play on both sides of the ball is something you always want in a player."

Holy Cross College Basketball has been an intercollegiate club sport for the past three years and will begin NAIA varsity level play in the new Pfeil Recreation Center in 2008.
