The Saints fell on the road at Trinity Christian 6-0 on Saturday in conference play.

(Palos Heights, Ill.) The Holy Cross Saints women's soccer team continued Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) play Saturday afternoon on the road against the Trolls of Trinity Christian College. The Saints fell to the Trolls 6-0 dropping their season record to 1-12-1 (0-8-1 CCAC).

The match was all Trinity Christian from the very beginning as they were able to score 4 goals over the course of the 1st half, and outshoot the Saints 14-2.

In the 2nd half, the Saints cut the goals from Trinity Christian in half as goalkeeper Aileen Clouse (Beavercreek, Ohio) stopped 8 of the 10 shots faced over the period.

Captain Lindsey Swaim (Elkhart, Ind.) finished the game recording 3 of the 4 shots taken by the Saints.

The Saints will continue conference play on the road at Calumet College of St. Joseph on Wednesday, October 24th. Kickoff is set for 4:00pm EST.

The Saints will next return home on Saturday, October 27th with a game against the 20th ranked Judson Eagles at 1:00pm EST.
