Next up in Saints Basketball: The Saints hit the road tonight to take on cross town rival IUSB in their series finale.

Last time out: The Saints took the floor earlier this week at home against Purdue North Central in their 2012-2013 series finale. Despite trailing at the half, the Saints fought in the second half with back-to-back three-pointers from Dane Okuda to take a one-point lead and never looked back. Zoe Bauer led the Saints with 15 points, all of which came in the first half. Parker Dominguez recorded a double-double with 10 points and 15 rebounds. The Saints finished the game with only 5 turnovers, their lowest total of the season.

Head Coach Bob Schermerhorn: In his 3rd season, Coach Schermerhorn is the all-time winningest coach in Saints basketball  history. Coming off last season's CCAC quarter final tournament victory, Schermerhorn currently has the Saints  tied for 7th place in the CCAC standings.

Following the Saints: All home games for the Saints can be heard online via the Regional Radio Sports Network. Links can be found under ‘listen live' on our athletics webpage. Tonight's game can be found on the website courtesy of iusbtitans.com. Live coverage can be found here.

Series Note: Tonight's matchup with the Titans marks the ninth meeting between the two programs. The Saints have had recent success over the Titans winning the last three matchups. Earlier this season, a 17 point second half from senior All-Conference player Yama Kader, helped lift the Saints to a 58-57 win over the Titans on Nov. 10th despite trailing by eight at the half..  Kader finished with a game high 24 points.

Scouting the Titans: Currently sitting in third place in the CCAC, the Titans have won three of their last four games despite falling on the road to Saint Xavier. Alanzo Bass, Chris Beam, and Steven Heatherly all average double figure scoring numbers with Beam being the leader at 13.2 points-per-game.

Continuing success: The Saints defeated the Titans last January on the road in a thriller where Yama Kader hit the go-ahead basket with less than a second left in the game. The Saints look to continue their recent three-game winning streak over the Titans by sweeping the season series tonight.

Containing Bass: Alanzo Bass has been  a defensive specialist for the Titans averaging over 3 steals per game in conference play.
