(Notre Dame, Ind.) Holy Cross women's basketball junior Lindsey Steffen (Nappanee, Ind.) was recently named to the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) All-Conference Honorable mention list after closing out the 2012-2013 season.
Steffen, who averaged a team best 12.9 points per game and 8.1 rebounds per game, was instrumental in the success the Saints had on the court this season en route to their second consecutive ten win season.
For her third consecutive year since joining the Saints program, Steffen has ranked first in rebounds per game and has finished atop the Saints roster in scoring in two out of the three years.
Stacking up in comparison to the rest of the conference, Steffen finished eleventh in points per game (12.9), seventh in rebounds per game (8.0), seventh in steals per game (2.2) and eighth in minutes per game (31.0).
Steffen also became the first player in Saints basketball history to record 1,000 career points on November 2nd against Goshen College.
