(Notre Dame, Ind.) Head coach Tim Holt and the Holy Cross women's golf program is pleased to announce that Mia DelPrince (Fishers, Ind.) has pledged her commitment to the Saints women's golf team beginning in the fall of 2013.

Mia, the daughter of Joe and Nan DelPrince, has earned two varsity letters in golf at Hamilton Southeastern High School in Fishers, Ind. As a senior, Mia won the 2012 Coaches Award for exemplifying a Lady Royal golfer: "a hardworking, positive contributor to the team with a competitive disposition."

On top of participating in women's golf at Hamilton Southeastern, Mia has also been a varsity member of the Lady Royal lacrosse team.

"I'm very excited to have Mia join the Holy Cross family," stated head coach Tim Holt. "She finishes our best recruiting class in the program's history to date. Her skills, combined with our other players, now make us a contender to win the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Championship next season and earn a National invite. Mia's also a great student and exemplifies what Holy Cross is all about."

Congratulations to Mia for pledging her commitment to the Holy Cross Saints women's golf program!
