Bridget Slonkosky will lead the women's golf team for the very first time into competition this year. The older sister of freshman Holy Cross golfer Regina Slonkosky, Bridget is looking to make a mark this year with the team. "I came to Holy Cross to begin a women's golf program that will be competitive," says Slonkosky, "Holy Cross has a strong community, and I look forward to expanding the opportunities for women golfers at Holy Cross."

          Slonkosky was a two year captain and four year varsity women's golfer at Ashland University in Ohio. While at Ashland she studied business management and marketing. "She has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, and embodies the holistic approach to our student athletes," says Athletic Director Nathan Walker.

           The Saints will be opening up fall play August 29th at the Robert Morris Fall Classic. They will also be playing three tournaments in September including the Pilot Invitational at Bethel on September 22nd.
