Head Coach Phil O'Connell is taking over the reigns as the Saints march into battle this upcoming year. Coach O'Connell started coaching at the high school level at Marian High School as an assistant. He then spent two years at Lake Shore High School as the head coach before coming to Holy Cross. "Phil comes in with a great reputation of developing hockey programs, being able to connect with our student athletes, parents, and the hockey community," says Athletic Director Nathan Walker.  

          This past off-season, O'Connell has put together a young and talented team to complement the returning players. "I want to have a fun, and clean year"  says O'Connell. "We want to be competitive and give ourselves an opportunity to advance in the conference tournament at the end of the year". This year the Saints will be a member of the Midwestern Collegiate Hockey Conference (MWCHC).

          All home games can be seen at the Ice Box in downtown South Bend. The conference championship tournament will be held on February 27th, 28th, and March 1st. The host city is still being determined.
