RECRUITING FORM

 

Thank you for your interest in Holy Cross College's athletic program.  We are always looking to add individuals of high character and athletic ability to the Holy Cross Family.  Our athletic department endorses and supports the college's mission to "…transform lives" by developing students in mind, body and spirit.  We strive for excellence in our programs and focus on athletic success, while encouraging academic achievement, spiritual maturity and social growth.

 

Competing in collegiate athletics is an amazing experience.  We invite you to check us out and see if you have what it takes to be a Saint!  Follow these steps: 

  1. Fill out a RECRUITING FORM by clicking on one the sports below.  Make sure you complete one form for each sport in which you are interested.
  2. Send your unofficial transcript and ACT and/or SAT scores to the Department of Athletics by fax (574.239.1077), email (spolaniecki@hcc-nd.edu) or mail (ATTN /André Polaniecki, 54515 State Road 933 North, PO Box 308, Notre Dame, IN 46556).
  3. Register with PlayNAIA.  Also, check out the Guide to the College-Bound Student-Athlete, which is full of great information for recruits, including eligibility requirements, financial aid, etc.

  5. Apply to Holy Cross College! It's FREE!  Also, learn about the very important financial aid process by visiting the Holy Cross College Office of Financial Aid, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the FAFSA4caster!
