Brian Pearison enters his third year as an assistant coach for the Holy Cross men's basketball program. Pearison has coached on the high school and college level for 10 years.
 
Previously, Pearison served under Randy DeShone at Jimtown as an assistant for two years. During those two years they won a State Championship in 2004. Pearison also coached at Indiana University South Bend (IUSB) for 6 years as an Associate Head Coach where he served under Micah Schrewsberry and Denny Parks.
 
In addition, he directed and helped run several basketball camps in the area including Jimtown, IUSB, and Eastlake Athletic Club.
