Thiago Pinto - Head Coach
          In his first year at the helm of the men's Soccer program, Coach Thiago Pinto will bring a Brazilian flare to the Holy Cross Men's Soccer program this fall. Thiago was hired in the winter of 2008 and has already brought on many young and talented players from across the world. "When first talking with Thiago I could tell he was man of incredible character and he would be able to build team chemistry resulting into a successful program," says Athletic Director Nathan Walker.  
         Coach Pinto's previous soccer experience includes stints with the Elkhart Flames, Granger Christian High School, and Bethel College. He played his college soccer at Bethel College from 2001 to 2005. Born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Thiago also played in the Brazilian first division for powerhouses Cruzeiro Esporte Clube and Athletico Mineiro. He also run's numerous soccer camps for youth in the South Bend area and internationally.
