     Jeff Appleman is the son of Jeff and Michelle Appleman. He is continuing his studies at Holy Cross and is currently a sophomore. As a graduate of Marian High School he was an athlete in basketball and football. He lettered for two years in both sports and received the Iron Man award in football. Thrilled to have signed with Holy Cross he will be advancing his basketball career playing as a forward for the Saints.
