Head Coach Phil O'Connell begins his second season with the hockey program. Coach O'Connell started coaching at the high school level at Marian High School as an assistant. He then spent two years at Lake Shore High School as the head coach before coming to Holy Cross.

This past off-season, O'Connell has put together a young and talented team to complement the returning players. "I want to have a fun, and clean year"  says O'Connell. "We want to be competitive and give ourselves an opportunity to advance in the conference tournament at the end of the year". The Saints enter their thrid year as members of American Collegiate Holckey Association Division III (ACHA). All home games can be seen at the Ice Box in downtown South Bend.
