(Notre Dame, Ind.) Head coach Omar Gallo and the Holy Cross Saints men's soccer program are pleased to announce the additions of Ryongmyeong Cho (Seoul, South Korea) and Michael Maiorano (Whitby, Ontario, Canada) for the 2014 season. Both players will have two seasons of eligibility beginning in the 2013 fall season.

Holy Cross junior Michael Fitzgerald (Flossmoor, Ill.) closed out his season with an individual trip to Creekside Golf Club in Salem, Ore. for the 2013 NAIA Men's National Championship. Fitzgerald received an automatic individual bid to the tournament after winning the 2013 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) tournament.

Head coach Brian Blondell has continued he recruiting efforts following the conclusion of the best history in Holy Cross baseball with the signing of Steve Clancy (Yorkville, Ill.). Clancy becomes the eighth signee for the Saints and the fourth joining from Kankakee Community College.

(Salem, Ore.) Holy Cross junior Michael Fitzgerald (Flossmoor, Ill.) wrapped up round two of the 2013 NAIA Men's Golf Championship at Creekside with a score of 81 (+9). Combined with his day one score of 79, Fitzgerald enters day three in a tie for 116^th individually.

After wrapping up the most successful season in Holy Cross baseball history, head coach Brian Blondell has continued his strong recruiting efforts with two more prospects for the 2014 season. Jake Lanning and Rodney Bettcher join the Saints from Kankakee Community College, becoming the second and third players to commit to the Saints from KCC.

Drew Moore (Dayton, Ohio) has decided to join the Saints after completing his sophomore season at Sinclair Community College.

Head coach Aimee Niespodziany and the Holy Cross women's basketball team have continued their recruiting efforts this off-season to bring in Shana Anderson from Bourbon, Ind. as their second commitment for next season. Anderson joins Shelby Nelson as the second recruit to sign with the Saints for the 2013-2014 season.

(South Bend, Ind.) Holy Cross senior Dan Wawrzusin (Potomac, MD) closed out his Saints career on Tuesday afternoon with three hits in nine at-bats to help the Saints split their 2013 series finale with the Kalamazoo College Hornets. Prior to the start of the doubleheader, Wawrzusin was recognized in front of the fans at Coveleski Stadium for his accomplishments as a three-year starter for the Saints baseball program. With offense and pitching clicking on all cylinders in game one, the Saints picked up a 13-2 victory over the Hornets and ended their previous nine game losing streak. A fast start from Kalamazoo in game two, however, was too much for the Saints to come back from as they fell 15-10 to split the doubleheader. The Saints finish the 2013 season with a record of 18-33.

(Adrian, Mich.) Late season struggles continued for the Saints baseball team in their final road series of the year against the Siena Heights University Saints on Thursday afternoon. After failing to gain a lead in game one, the Saints held a 2-0 lead in game two before a five run inning from Siena Heights shook the momentum from Holy Cross and helped the SHU Saints pick up the series sweep over Holy Cross. The Saints dropped game one 6-3 and game two 5-2 resulting in their ninth consecutive loss. The Saints now sit at 17-32 overall.
