Jordan Oyer

Jordan Oyer was announced as the Sports Information Director for Holy Cross College in June 2014. He will oversee the athletics website and promotional operations for all Holy Cross College athletic programs.

Before joining Holy Cross, Oyer spent two years as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Brewton-Parker College in Mount Vernon, Georgia. While at Brewton-Parker he also served as an adjunct professor and Athletics Retention Coordinator.

Oyer, a Fort Wayne, Indiana native, came to Brewton-Parker from Fort Wayne Northrop High School where he served as an assistant for the boys varsity basketball team. At Northrop, he helped guide the school to their second consecutive Sectional Championship and SAC Conference Tournament Championship, the Bruins ended the 2011-12 season with a 21-4 record. Oyer also coached AAU teams the past two summers for Spiece Gym Rats in Fort Wayne, IN.

Before Northrop, Oyer served as a Graduate Assistant in the Valdosta State University Athletic Department from January 2010-May 2011, where he helped manage game day operations and compliance for the department. While at Valdosta State, Oyer coached girls basketball at Lowndes High School 

Jordan holds a B.S. in public affairs from Indiana University and a M. Ed. in higher education leadership from Valdosta State University. He resides in South Bend, IN with his wife, Anh.
