Saints Drop to Eagles on the Road

Elgin, Ill. The Holy Cross College men's basketball team returned to Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference play this evening when they traveled to Judson University. The Saints jumped out to a 10-2 lead to start the game, but Judson would battle back and take a 35-30 lead heading into halftime. Both teams exchanged baskets back and worth in the second half, before Holy Cross would tie the game up 54-54 with just under six minutes remaining. Judson would go on a run late to hand the Saints a 68-56 defeat. With the loss, men's basketball stands at 8-9 overall and 3-6 in conference play, while Judson improves to 7-9 and 5-4.
