Saints Get 61-49 Win at Home

Notre Dame, Ind.  The Holy Cross College men's basketball team hosted Moody Bible Institute this afternoon in a non-conference matchup. The Saints jumped out to an early 5-0 lead and would never trail in the game. Holy Cross led 37-26 at half. Moody Bible battled back in the second half and cut the Saints lead to 49-41 with 8 minutes remaining. The Holy Cross defense would allow just 8 points in those final minutes to take the 61-49 victory. With the win, Holy Cross improves to 3-0, while Moody Bible drops to 0-4.
