Late Free Throws Push Saints Past Eagles

Notre Dame, Ind. The Holy Cross College men's basketball returned to conference play this afternoon when they hosted Judson University. A slow start by the Saints, found the home team down 13-0 with 12 minutes remaining in the first half. Holy Cross would battle back and trail 25-22 at halftime. The Saints would take their first lead of the game 27-26 with just over 18 minutes remaining. A Donovan Mukes three with 3 minutes remaining would give the Saints a 51-47 lead. Phil Robles II would go 8/8 from the free throw line late to cap off the Saints 61-55 victory. With the win, Holy Cross moves to 6-10 and 1-7, while Judson stands at 6-10 and 3-5.
