Bio
Lauren Adams is the daughter of Craig and Lydia Adams. She is currently a freshman at Holy Cross and a recent graduate of Northridge High School. At Northridge she had the best free throw percentage on the team, received the mental attitude award, and the team rebounding award twice. She was also on the women's varsity track team where she achieved the MVP award for field events.
