Saints Dominate Crimson Wave At Home
Notre Dame, Ind. The Holy Cross women's basketball hosted Calumet College of St. Joseph this afternoon in McKenna Arena in a Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference matchup. The Saints would jump out to an early 12-0 lead midway through the first. After the first ten minutes of action, Holy Cross led 19-0. The Saints' defense continued its dominance in the second quarter, as Holy Cross would lead 41-9 at halftime. Holy Cross would limit the Crimson Wave to just 28 points combined in the third and fourth quarters, as they would cruise to the 83-37 victory. Holy Cross improves to 11-11 and 8-6 in conference play while CCSJ stands at 1-19 and 0-14.
