Saints Earn Impressive Victory over #16 Grace College
Notre Dame, IN The Holy Cross College women's soccer team opened the season with an impressive victory over #16 Grace College by the score of 2-0. Late in the first half Miriam Iturriaga-Sanchez found the back of the net for the Saints first goal of the season. Early in the second half, Hailey Sanders notched her first goal of the season, giving the Saints a commanding 2-0 lead. With the opening victory, Holy Cross starts the season 1-0-0, while Grace College falls to 0-1-0.
