Holy Cross Women Suffer Tough 2-1 Loss at Goshen

                       The Holy Cross College women's soccer returned to non-conference action this afternoon when they traveled to Goshen College. The Saints would trail early, as Goshen got the scoring started in the 18th minute. The resilient Saints would answer right back, just minutes later when Senior Midfielder Olivia Shaw scored her 3rd goal of the season.  Goshen kept the offense attack going by scoring again in the 29th minute to take a 2-1 lead. Holy Cross and Goshen were able to get off 9 shots each in the 2nd Half, however, neither team were able to score.  Despite a strong effort by the Saints, Goshen College walked away with the 2-1 vicory. With the loss, Holy Cross stands at 2-2-0 overall, while Goshen College moves to 3-0-0.
