Saints Draw 1-1 with USF
Notre Dame, Ind. The Holy Cross College women's soccer team returned to CCAC play this afternoon when they hosted the University of St. Francis. A wet and rainy evening resulted in neither team coming away with any goals in the first half. St. Francis was able to strike first with a goal coming in the 64th minute of the second half. In the 74th minute, a corner kick back Olivia Shaw resulted in a Hannah Lemieux header to tie the game up 1-1. Despite both teams showing some strong offensive attacks, the game would end in a 1-1 draw. With the tie, Holy Cross stands at 3-4-1 and 1-0-1 in league play, while USF moves to 0-5-3, 0-1-1
