Saints Roll Past Calumet for 75–45 Road Victory
Whiting, Ind. — Holy Cross women's basketball delivered one of their most complete performances of the season on Saturday, powering past Calumet College of St. Joseph 75–45 to move to 3–5 overall and 2–2 in conference play.
The Saints established control early, building a 17–14 lead after the first quarter, and continued to extend their advantage in each period. A dominant third quarter—where Holy Cross shot 64.3% from the floor—broke the game open as the Saints outscored the Crimson Wave 24–13 coming out of the half.
Holy Cross was fueled by balanced scoring and relentless defensive pressure, placing four players in double figures and forcing 27 Calumet turnovers that translated into 31 points on the other end.

Allie Caldwell led the Saints with 15 points, shooting 5–8 from the floor and knocking down three triples. She also added four assists and three steals.

Defensively, the Saints held Calumet to just 30.8% shooting and only 8 points in the final quarter as they pushed the lead to as many as 33.
